Lebron James or Micheal Jordan? Bill Russell or Wilt Chamberlain? Larry Bird or Tim Duncan? Stephen Curry or Kevin Durant? Old school or new school? 


There are countless debates on who’s better in the NBA. Today we ranked the Top 10 NBA of all time.


   


Micheal played for the Chicago Bulls and is 59 years old. Born on December 30,1984 in Brooklyn, NY. Micheal also has won 6 championships and 5 MVP Awards (Most Valuable Player).



Lebron plays for the LA Lakers and is 37 years old. Born on December 30, 1984 in Akron, Ohio. Lebron also won 4 championships and 4 MVP Awards (Most Valuable Player).



Kareem played for the LA Lakers and is 75 years old. Born on April 16, 1947 in New York, NY. Kareem has also won 6 championships and 6 MVP Awards (Most Valuable Player).



Magic played for the LA Lakers and is 63 years old. Born on August 14,1959 in Lansing, Michigan. Magic has also won 5 championships and 3 MVP Awards (Most Valuable Player).



Kobe played for the LA Lakers and would be 43 years old. Born on August 14, 1959 in Lansing, Michigan. Died on January 26, 2020. Kobe has also won 5 championships and 7 MVP Awards (Most Valuable Player).



Wilt played for the LA Lakers and would be 86 years old. Born on August 21, 1936 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Died on October 12, 1999. Wilt has also won 2 championships and 4 MVP Awards (Most Valuable Player).



Bill played for the Boston Celtics and would be 88 years old. Born on February 12, 1934 in Monroe, Louisiana. Died on July 31, 2022. Bill has also won 11 championships and 5 MVP Awards (Most Valuable Player).




Larry played for the Boston Celtics and is 66 years old. Born on December 7, 1956 in West Baden, Indiana. Larry has also won 3 championships and 3 MVP Awards (Most Valuable Player).



Shaq played for the LA Lakers and is 50 years old. Born on March 6, 1972 in New Mark, New Jersey. Shaq has also won 4 championships and 1 MVP Awards (Most Valuable Player).



Tim played for the San Antonio Spurs and is 46 years old. Born on April 25, 1976 in Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Tim has also won 5 championships and 2 MVP Awards (Most Valuable Player).



Those are the Top 10 NBA Players of All Time (in my opinion.)

The Downside of School Dress Codes for Female Students

By Briana Naranjo  Every school has a dress code students must follow. But some of those dress codes are out of line when it comes to what girls wear. For girls, there are a lot of school dress codes that dictate how much thigh and how much shoulder they are allowed to show. Many schools have these dress codes so the students dress “modestly,”  which is understandable to a certain extent. However, many school dress codes focus only on what the girls wear and never focus on what boys wear. This has started major outrage from students, as this is an unfair system and should be changed.    Shirts that show collarbones and shoulders are said to be too “distracting” for the boys and are not “appropriate” for the learning environment. These strict dress codes lead to many counts of girls being sent home due to the fact their clothes were too “revealing” or not “appropriate”. Disney Channel Character from “Andi Mack” comes out as gay, and other LGBT characters.

By Dash Fisher Hunters Point Community Middle School - It’s your neighbourly and friendly friend here, Dash! In the show Andi Mack, a character comes out as gay to his friend. Here are my thoughts and feelings about it. Andi Mack is a Disney Channel show about tweens going through middle school. Starring Peyton Elizabeth Lee as Andi Mack, Andi Mack is turning 13 when her older sister Bex returns home. Andi goes through her teenage life, with the help of her family and her friends Cyrus and Buffy, on top of coping with the discovery that Bex is actually her mother and that her mother Celia “Cece” is actually her grandmother, and managing her crush on classmate Jonah Beck. While another one of Andi’s friends, Cyrus, also has a crush on Jonah. So, in the show Cyrus comes out as gay. Gay is the G in LGBTQ+. LGBTQ+ stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and the plus stands for other sexualities/genders including but not limited to Pensexual, Asexual, and Intersex.
